这是川西高原上的一处神秘谷地--亚青邬金禅修圣处觉姆岛的全景图景。亚青寺现常住有两万余僧尼，以河为界分为扎巴、觉姆两区，共八个洲。扎巴（出家男众）区分为五个洲：法性光明洲、轮涅法性洲、普贤静虑洲、大乐解脱道洲、明体自解脱洲；觉姆（出家女众）区分为三个洲：乐空双运洲、普贤大乐洲及二谛双运洲。

This is a panoramic view of a mysterious valley on the western Sichuan plateau, the island of Yaqin, a golden meditation sanctuary, Jumu Island. Yaqing Temple currently has more than 20,000 monks and nuns, divided by the river into Zaba and Juemum, with eight continents. Zaba (Men's monks) are divided into five continents: French Guangming, Lunhe, Faxu, Puxian Jingzhou, Dale liberation Daozhou, Mingti self-liberation, and Juemu (monk monks). There are three continents: Lekong Shuangyunzhou, Puxian Dalezhou and Erjing Shuangyunzhou.
